PNB Apprentice Salary 2026

PNB Apprentice salary for freshers is given below:

• Stipend of Rs.15000/- per month in metro branches.
• Stipend of Rs.12300/- per month in urban / semi-urban / rural branches

Note: The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits. The Stipend will be paid to apprentices on completion of each month after adjusting unauthorized absence, if any.

PNB Apprentice Training Duration

The PNB Apprentice duration of training / apprenticeship or engagement period is given below for your reference:

The total duration of training will be one year (i.e., 12 months) from the date of contract. The one-year training will include 2 weeks’ Basic Training and 50 weeks’ On-the-Job Training.

Note: The candidates engaged as Apprentices will NOT be treated as “employees” of the Punjab National Bank and will not be entitled to any benefits available to the Bank's employees.
