IBPS PO Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process

As per the IBPS PO Notification 2026 PDF, the Selection Process comprises three levels.

• Preliminary Exam
• Mains exam
• Personality Test & Interview.

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main examination and appear for the Personality Test will subsequently be called for an Interview.  

Personality Profile of the candidates will be placed before the Interview panel. The Personality Test will be non-qualifying in nature. However, appearing in the Personality Test will be mandatory for being eligible for appearing for the Interview process. The final selection weightage (ratio) of the Mains & Interview is 80:20, respectively.
