IBPS PO Notification 2024 PDF - Selection Process

The IBPS PO Notification 2024 PDF Selection Process comprises three levels and each level has to be successfully qualified by the candidate to get provisional allotment under different PSBs as Probationary Officers. The three levels of the IBPS PO Selection process are Preliminary Exam, Mains exam, and Interview. The board conducts all three rounds separately and there are the minimum cut off marks for each round, the candidates who are successful in scoring marks equivalent to the prescribed cut off will be given provisional allotment by the board in respective banks.

The Interview is the last stage of the selection process and it carries 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for this section is 40% for the General candidates. Whereas, the minimum marks is 35% for the OBC/SC/ST/PWBD candidates. The weightage (ratio) of the Mains & Interview is 80:20 respectively.
