IBPS CSA Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process

The IBPS CSA Recruitment 2026 involves 3 stages: 

• Prelims 

• Mains

• Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

Based on the prelims exam cutoff marks, candidates will be shortlisted for the mains exam. The candidates who pass the mains exam will be considered for the provisional allotment.

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT, should be proficient in (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) the specified / opted local language of that State/UT. Candidates who produce 10th standard or above mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified/ opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test. The test will be conducted after qualifying the Online Main examination/ Provisional Allotment but before joining the Bank. The test for knowledge of specified/ opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process by an independent body or by the Bank and will be marks-based and qualifying in nature. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be offered appointment and will be disqualified from the process.
