The selection process of NIACL AO 2021 recruitment consists of 3 phases - prelims, mains, & interview. The candidates should pass in all the stages in order to get the provisional allotment. NIACL AO Prelims Result 2021

The prelims exam was completed on the 16th of October 2021. The exam consists of 3 sections with maximum marks of 100. Candidates have to qualify in each test/section by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company. An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Company (approximately 15 times the numbers of vacancies subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination. NIACL AO Mains Result 2021

The mains exam has been completed on the 4th of December 2021. The Main Exam has Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Candidates will have to take on the Descriptive Test in typing mode. Descriptive Test will open immediately after the completion of the objective test. Each candidate will have to secure the minimum cut off mark for each section of the objective test. Only then the candidates will be eligible for the Descriptive test evaluation / Interview. The answer sheet of the Descriptive test will be evaluated only for the candidates who qualify the objective test.

Each candidate should get the minimum total score in the objective test and qualify in the descriptive test for shortlisting for the Interview. Qualifying marks in the descriptive test are as follows: 15/30 (13.5/30 for SC, ST, and PwBD). Based on these factors, the shortlisted candidates are announced by releasing the NIACL AO mains result 2021.

NIACL Administrative Officer Final Result 2021

Interview is the last stage of this recruitment. The NIACL AO final result 2021 is based on the combined marks of the main examination (objective test) & Interview. The weightage (ratio) of online Examination and Interview will be 75:25 respectively. The final merit list will be in the descending order of combined marks scored by the candidates. Candidates who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list are considered for the provisional allotment. The selected candidates may be appointed in more than one batch as per the discretion of the Management. The seniority of the selected candidates will be as per the merit / select list.

NIACL Administrative Officer Waiting List 2021

A Waiting List of candidates not exceeding 50% of the number of vacancies may also be prepared and may be utilized in the event of non-acceptance of employment offer by the candidates selected in the final merit list. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being found medically fit as per the requirements of the Company. Such appointments will also be subject to the service and conduct rules of the Company.
