Union Bank of India Apprentice Salary 2026

The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of 01 (one) year. 

• Rs. 15000/- per month for Rural / Semi-Urban areas.
• Rs. 18000/- per month for Urban areas.
• Rs. 20000/- per month for Metro areas.

Note:

• The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/benefits.
• The Stipend will be paid to apprentices on completion of each month after adjusting unauthorized absence, if any.
• Categorisation of Branch/office as Rural, Semi-Urban, Urban and Metro is as per bank’s predefined criteria.

Training Conditions

Here are some terms & conditions for this recruitment:

• Apprentice shall be entitled to such holidays as are observed in the Bank.
• Apprentice shall be entitled to One casual Leave on completion of one month of Apprenticeship. No other type of leave is applicable for the Apprentices.
• Apprentice can avail only 4 casual leaves at a time. Leave accumulated, if any will automatically get exhausted on termination/completion of contract.
• The daily hours of training will be as applicable to the clerical staff of the Bank.
• No apprentice shall be allowed for overtime.

After completion of apprentices training, apprentices will need to go through an assessment test. The certificate will be awarded to apprentices who pass the assessment.
