The candidates who are selected for the post of Insurance Medical officer will be paid in the ESIC IMO Pay scale of INR 6,73,200/- to INR 21,30,000/- in Level-10 annually along with other allowances that are desirable to the post. Candidates have to undergo a fixed duration probation period before becoming permanent employees in the corporation.

Probation Period

The candidates who are joining as IMO undergo a probation period for a particular time frame.
