MPSC LDO Recruitment 2022: Livestock Development Officer Qualification

Age: the age limit has been set from a minimum age of 18 to a maximum limit of age as 38 years as of June 1, 2022. The upper age limit is relaxed to 43 for reserved categories.

Educational Qualification: Possess a Degree in Veterinary medicine or Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.

 

Domicile: The candidate should be a permanent domicile of Maharashtra and must possess the relevant certificate specifying the same

 

Scribe: All those candidates who possess more than 40% disability are eligible to avail of the scribe facility. For the same, they need to request the concerned authorities to provide them with the scribe facility within 7 days. 

 

The candidates applying for the profile of Livestock Development Officer must be registered state veterinary council. The candidates who are Physically Disabled can avail the scribe facility for appearing in the written exam.

 

MPSC LDO Recruitment 2022: Selection Process

The candidates will be selected based on an interview. The MPSC shall also conduct a screening test. In that case, the first stage of selection shall be a written exam. The written exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks. The successful candidates will be appearing for an interview of 50 marks. Hence the selection process consists of a total of 2 stages namely:

• Written Exam: The preliminary examination will be held in OMR sheet mode and later the MPSC Livestock Development Officer answer key is released. The questions asked in the examination will be objective i.e. a question is followed by 4 answer options. A total of two papers will be asked in the pre-examination, concerning subjects and general knowledge. The duration to complete each paper asked in the preliminary exam will be 1.5 hours. The marking scheme of the preliminary test is 2 marks for every examination.

 

• Interview: The interview is the last stage of the MPSC Selection Process. Only those candidates who qualify for the preliminary exam with high marks are called for the interview round. As per the brochure, the interview is held for a total of 50 marks. The interview assesses the personality, communication skills, and overall mentality of the candidate. The interview will judge the candidate’s personality, oratory skills, etc in this stage. The final MPSC Livestock Development Officer result list that is prepared by the MPSC is made by combining the marks of the interview and the written exam.
