LIC AAO Training Period 2023: LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) has released notification for LIC AAO exams on 15th January 2023. The LIC AAO exams will be conducted in three stages namely prelims, mains, and direct interviews. After successfully completing the exams the candidates are meant to be selected which means they are appointed for the post of LIC AAO. But candidates after receiving the appointment order have to undergo a process called LIC AAO training period 2023. The Induction Period will be 9 Months from the date of joining as per the notification mentioned by the LIC. The Training period may be extended for two years. This decision is completely based on the LIC decision. Let us see about the LIC AAO Training period 2023 in detail. The Selected Candidates will be subjected to an Induction period of 9 months from the date of Joining.

Training will be divided into Three zones.

            1) Induction training in zonal training centre - 3 months duration,

            2) Practical training in Branch & Divisional Office - 3 months duration,

            3)Refresher training in zonal training centre - 3 months duration.

The Training period may be extended and this decision is completely based on the LIC decision.
