IDBI Executive Recruitment 2024 - Nationality:

As per the IDBI executive notification 2024 pdf, applicants must be either 

(a) a citizen of India, or 

(b) a subject of Nepal, or 

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or 

(d) a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India or 

(e) a person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Provided that an applicant belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) or (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. The applicant, in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the selection process conducted by IDBI Bank, but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/ her by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification

Salary

The IDBI Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per the following details:

1. For the 1st year of Employment – Candidates will get a sum of Rs. 29,000/- per month.

2. For the 2nd year of Employment – Candidates will get a sum of Rs. 31,000/- per month.

These executives shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year,

IDBI Executive Selection Process 2024

The IDBI executive selection process 2024 is based on the following stages.

As per the IDBI executive notification 2024 pdf, the final selection or offer of employment would be made based on the applicant’s marks in the online test, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.

The contract of this IDBI Executive selection process 2024 would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be reviewed for an extension for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-learning certifications, and availability of vacancies. On successful completion of a period of 2 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI.

• Penalty for Wrong Answers - For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score. 

Personal Interview

The personal interviews shall be of 100 marks and candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in interview which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the OT and PI. The final selection would be made based on formula Final Score = 3/4 of OT Score + 1/4 of Interview Score.

Cut Off
