- Facebook Overseas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meta Platforms Inc., acquired a 30% equity stake (25.65 crore shares) in Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited (REIL).
- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved the acquisition of additional shareholding in Generali Central Insurance Company Limited (GCICL) and Generali Central Life Insurance Company Limited (GCLICL) by Central Bank of India.
