The SBI Clerk prelims exam has 3 sections. Maintaining speed and accuracy is a major part of cracking the preliminary examination.

• The prelims exam has sectional timing (20 mins for each section)
• Each wrong answer - 0.25 marks deduction
• Each correct answer fetches you 1 mark

The SBI Clerk mains exam has 4 sections as mentioned below.

• Sectional timing is applicable for the mains as shown in the table.
• Each wrong answer - 1/4th of the marks assigned for the question will be deducted as a penalty.

• Only for the provisionally selected candidates who have not studied the State's local language in class 10th or 12th

• For wrong answer, penalty is applicable (for both prelims and mains)
