SBI Junior Associate Waiting List 2021
A wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained. Candidates will be released from this waitlist on a quarterly basis against non-joining and resignation out of the current batch only, subject to the candidates securing minimum qualifying marks as may be stipulated by the Bank for selection. Local Language Test
Although the mains exam is the final round, the candidates have to take part in the local language test. Those who qualify for selection and produce the 10th or 12th standard mark sheet / certificate evidence having studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any Language test. In case of others (qualified for selection), specified opted local language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. Candidates not found proficient in specified opted local language would be disqualified. Thus, the Final selection will be subject to:
- Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application.
- Qualifying in the test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above.
Tie Break Situation
If there is a tie, i.e., the marks of two or more students are equal, then the following factors are preferred to resolve the tie.
- First preference is given to the candidates belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PH).
- If still the tie is there, then the candidate with the least number of incorrect answers is preferred.
- In case, still the tie is there, then the candidate with the higher age is preferred.
In these ways, the tie cases in the result will be resolved.
