  • Girija Vyas, former Union Minister and veteran Congress leader, passed awayon May 2, 2024, at the age of 79.
  • Baba Sivanand, a Padma Shri awardeeand renowned yoga practitioner, passed away at the age of 128 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (UP).
  • Jochen Mass, former Formula 1 driver, passed away at the age of 78 due to complications from a stroke he suffered in February.
