Documents To Be Produced For The IOB LBO Interview
The candidates must bring the original and a photocopy of the required documents. If you have failed to bring the documents at the time of the interview, you are not permitted to further participate in the recruitment process. Must bring the printout of a valid call letter

Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)

Proof of Language Proficiency (Std X / Std XII Certificate with Subjects Passed)

Photo ID proof such as Passport/ Aadhaar / e-Aadhaar Card / PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter's Card.

Mark sheets & relevant certificates for educational qualifications. A proper document from the Board / University has to be submitted

If the candidates have work experience, they must submit the following documents, including Appointment letters, Relieving Letters, and Pay or Salary Slips should be produced by the candidates to verify the date of joining and relieving and if any.

The candidates must submit the caste certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India in case of SC / ST / OBC/ EWS category candidates.

In case of candidates belonging to the OBC category, the certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for Other Backward Classes in Civil posts & services under the Government of India. OBC caste certificate containing the non-creamy layer clause should be valid as on the date of Personal Interview if called for (issued within one year before the date of Personal Interview if called for). The Caste Name mentioned in the certificate should tally letter by letter with the Central Government list/notification.

Candidates belonging to the OBC category but coming under the creamy layer, and/ or if their caste does not find a place in the Central List, are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as General in the online application form.

Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the Authorities as notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format in the case of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category candidates

A disability certificate should be in the prescribed format, issued by the authorized certifying authority, in case of Persons with the Benchmark Disability category.

Candidates serving in Government / Quasi-Government. Offices/ Public Sector Undertakings are required to produce an original “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of the Personal Interview.

Persons eligible for age relaxation under “Persons affected by 1984 riots” must produce a certificate from the District Magistrate to the effect that they are eligible for relief in terms of the Rehabilitation Package for 1984 Riot Affected Persons sanctioned by the Government and communicated vide Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Financial Services Communication No.F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007.

Tips To Carry Documents In The IOB LBO Interview

Use a clean and neat file to carry your documents.

The candidates must take the originals of all documents and at least 2 self-attested photocopies of all documents.
