Step 4: Take the common factors out and simplify

After splitting the middle term take out the common factors and simplify the given question.

Step 5: Quadratic Equation Formula

To find the quadratic equation you can use the formula x = [-b±√(b²-4ac)]/2a.

Step 6: Apply the values in the formula

Apply the values of a, b, c in the quadratic equation formula and simplify the given question.
