To apply for RRB NTPC Graduate 2026, you need a degree, the right age as on 1 January 2027, and the medical standard of the post you choose.

Educational Qualification

You need a degree from a recognised university, or an equivalent qualification, by the closing date of 6 November 2026. Candidates awaiting the result of their final exam are not eligible. Since the typing test has been dropped, no typing qualification is needed at the time of applying for the typist posts.

What's New in RRB NTPC Graduate 2026: Typing Test Removed

Under CEN 06/2026, the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) has been dispensed with for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist. In earlier cycles, candidates for these posts had to qualify a typing test after CBT 2. Now selection for all four posts is through CBT 1 and CBT 2, then document verification and medical examination. Basic computer and typing proficiency is still expected and will be assessed after joining.

RRB NTPC Graduate Application Fee 2026

The RRB NTPC 2026 Graduate application fee 2026 is ₹500 or ₹250, depending on your category. Most of it is refunded, minus bank charges, after you appear in CBT 1. If you don't appear, there is no refund.

RRB NTPC Graduate Selection Process 2026

The RRB NTPC Graduate selection process 2026 has four stages. CBT 1 is a screening test; the final merit is based on CBT 2.
